Gene Pease of Geneoh photography is one of the most talented photographers we have ever seen. Trent and I were blown away with how perfectly he captured our wedding day. We are so blessed to have such fantastic photographs from the most important day of our lives. Looking back on our wedding photos brings us such joy because we really feel as though he captured not only the joy but the emotion and intimacy that was shared by us and our guests. He was also extremely timely, not wasting anytime before sharing our photos back with us. We even got some sneak peeks during our honeymoon! We were so blessed to have Gene travel all the way down to Oklahoma for us! With a totally new venue he had never seen before, gene did a phenomenal job picking out some beautiful backdrops for our photos! Thanks gene! We will be calling you when we have our first child.

When we started talking wedding budget I was disappointed that she wanted to get a professional photographer. I thought it was something that anyone could do with a nice enough camera. Then I saw Gene’s website, and thought that the pictures were really good, but I still wasn’t sure. Then…we started working with Gene. Gene is more than just a wedding photographer – he is a remarkable story teller. I searched high and low for the perfect photographer and what impressed me the most about Gene’s work was how he caught the little details and his sense of composition. Of course, we had the input of our friends who unanimously (I can’t tell you how rare that is, especially since some of my best friends are wedding photographers too) voted for him! At our wedding, Gene was amazing with the camera, super friendly with and respectful of our guests (everyone loved him!), and had an absolutely calming effect in the midst of the craze that goes with any wedding. Every time we look at our gorgeous wedding photos, we feel like we are reliving the whole day – I know they say pictures don’t often do moments justice, but Gene’s really did.
